On July 15, Tian Lun Gas and Zhuhai Port held the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation framework agreement. Zhang Yingcen, Chairman of Tian Lun Gas, and Ou Huisheng, Chairman of Zhuhai Port attended the signing ceremony. In the joint witness of the leaders of Tian Lun Gas, Zhuhai Port and CMB International, Tian Lun Gas and Zhuhai Port formally signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement, and will formally establish a long-term and profound strategic cooperation relationship on the basis of equity cooperation in the future. The strategic cooperation framework agreement signed this time is valid for five years and is based on the principle of "mutual benefit, joint development, complementary advantages and mutual support".

At the signing ceremony, Chairman Zhang Yingcen highlighted on the history and national business layout of Tian Lun Gas and the development strategy of its four business segments. He expressed that this strategic cooperation is of great significance, and he hopes that both parties would take this opportunity of signing the strategic cooperation agreement and continuously deepen pragmatic cooperation in the field of new energy on the basis of equity cooperation ties. At the same time, in the future, the two parties will rely on Tian Lun Gas' original natural gas industrial foundation and the advantages of pioneer in country gas, and jointly explore the development of distributed roof PV power generation and its combined application with natural gas with reference to the development direction of rural revitalization, so as to make positive contributions to the realization of national objects of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.

According to the agreement, in order to seize the strategic opportunities under the dual-carbon target, the two parties will jointly explore the application scenarios and industrial cooperation opportunities of various new energy sources on the basis of the original natural gas industry of Tian Lun Gas, in combination with the layout of Zhuhai Port in new energy sources and the advantages of Tian Lun Group in nationwide customer resources, and focus on exploring cooperation opportunities in PV, wind power, energy storage, hydrogen energy, carbon emission reduction and other fields. At the same time, both parties will continue to go in the direction of rural revitalization and explore the development of roof distributed PV power generation and its combined application with natural gas relying on the advantages of Tian Lun Group as a pioneer in country gas.
