The two sides exchanged and shared development models in their respective fields, and jointly discussed the future development direction of smart kitchens, hoping to achieve complementary advantages, mutual benefit and common development through the signing and implementation of this strategic cooperation agreement.

As a high-end enterprise in the kitchen appliance industry, Fotile Group is committed to providing quality products and services and always adheres to the positioning of "professional, high-end, high-quality", winning the praise of the market and consumers with its high-quality products. In 2020, its sales reached RMB 12 billion, representing a 10% growth against the trend. From January to April 2021, the overall market grew by 128.53% year-on-year, and Fotile Group experienced a growth of 134.81% year-on-year, and in particular, the market share of range hoods reached 26.56%, leading the market and competing products in terms of year-on-year growth. Meanwhile, Fotile Group put forward the new concept of innovative technology leading China's kitchen appliances, started to comprehensively upgrade and improve the sales model, created new retail channels and continued to maintain its leading position in the industry.

TLG has the unique advantage of zero-distance contact with users. After years of development, the customers' consumption habits have been developed and the value-added service sales team has been expanded, which has laid a solid foundation for product sales.
