On the morning of September 11, Deputy General Manager Li Yonghui (in charge of marketing) and Manager Shi Xiaojing of Henan Branch of PetroChina Kunlun Gas Co., Ltd., together with their travelling group visited Tian Lun Gas. Qi Xiaozhong, Deputy General Manager of TLG and General Manager of Pipe Network Division, and Yu Yi, Gas Source Coordination and Collaboration Director of Pipe Network Division of TLG, had a discussion with them on the pipeline gas source connection between member enterprises of TLG in Henan and PetroChina, the locking of gas resources required and the signing of medium and long-term supply and demand contracts.

The two sides jointly discussed the positioning of their respective businesses with PetroChina after the establishment of a national pipeline network company and their respective responsibilities and obligations in the future. During the meeting, General Manager Qi Xiaozhong communicated with them on the resource demands of Shangjie Company, Hebi Company, Xuchang Company and Henan Pipe Network Company in Henan. Deputy General Manager Li Yonghui said that he would arrange and meet the demand of TLG gas pipeline resources as soon as possible, and planned to sign medium and long-term gas supply and demand contracts with Tian Lun Gas to ensure the long-term stable supply of pipeline gas resources.

This discussion has laid a good foundation for thoroughly addressing the issues concerning the volume, price and supply guarantee of TLG pipeline gas in Henan. It opens up a new prospect for the implementation of centralized procurement and distribution model of regional pipeline gas resources.
