In order to guarantee the successful implementation of the 2022-2023 heating season in cities and towns across Qinghai, Ge Wenping, accompanied by Deputy Director-General Zhang Zhijie and other leaders from the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Qinghai Province, conducted a survey of the heating operations in Datong County at Tian Lun Gas Datong Company on October 9. They were accompanied by Ma Mingxu, Deputy Secretary of the CPC County Committee and County Head of Datong.

Ge and the supervisory team conducted thorough visits to the Qiaodian neighborhood and the Datong Xinyuan Reli Company. During these visits, they gained in-depth knowledge about the progress of household-based gas heating in the neighborhood, including natural gas supply coordination, coal reserves, and the implementation of the "Household Visits for Centralized Heating" program. In particular, they visited construction sites and residents' homes to gain a comprehensive understanding of the heating renovation project in the neighborhood.

The head of the Datong Company provided a detailed progress report on the heating renovation project in the neighborhood. Ge commended Tian Lun Gas Company for their proactive measures in promoting the project while effectively implementing COVID-19 control measures. Ge emphasized the significance of the gas heating industry as a fundamental social welfare undertaking closely connected to the safety and prosperity of both the nation and its people. He called upon the company to further enhance its understanding of the political nature of livelihood-oriented activities. Ge highlighted the provincial CPC committee and government's strong focus on ensuring heating services for the upcoming winter season and urged a deep understanding of the mission of the Party and government to serve the people and a sense of responsibility and mission in delivering heating solutions.

The company assured that it would strengthen inspections of gas heating facilities, equipment, and pipeline network fittings to ensure meticulous oversight as instructed by the leadership. The company also reiterated its dedication to implementing comprehensive COVID-19 prevention and control measures while maintaining a secure gas supply.
