On March 8, Mr. Zhang Xiangdong, a resident at Yinlong Street in Xuchang City, came to Xuchang Tianlun Building with a banner saying "Voluntary Firefighting Embodying Corporate Social Responsibility" to thank Xuchang Company's employees Zhang Xinmin and Yin Xing for their righteous and brave behavior in putting out a fire timely.

Upon investigation, it was found that at about 16:00 on March 5, two employees of Tian Lun Gas Xuchang Company, Zhang Xinmin and Yin Xing were performing natural gas replacement operations on Yinlong Street when they suddenly noticed smoke and flames coming from a nearby resident's home. They immediately stopped their work and ran towards the scene of the fire.

Yin Xing was the first to arrive at the scene and discovered that the fire started in a storage room in the house, and an elderly person was trapped amidst the flames. Without hesitation, Yin Xing rushed into the blaze to move the elderly person out to a safe place, and then used a water container and ran  back and forth to try to extinguish the fire. Meanwhile, Zhang Xinmin, following Yin, used his bare hands to move the burning cardboard boxes and other combustibles out of the fire area regardless of possible injury to himself, to prevent the fire from spreading and getting worse. Thanks to the efficient cooperation and quick response of two employees, the fire was brought under control and extinguished eventually.

Zhang Xiangdong, who rushed to his home in a panic after hearing the news of the fire, was still trembling slightly from such an incident. Seeing his mother was rescued safe, the blackened house after the flames, and the seemingly "embarrassing" look of the two employees due to fighting against the fire, he gave a thumb up and said emotionally: "Thank you. You saved my mother and my family. If the fire spread without intervention, it would have been disastrous for more nearby residents. The consequences would have been fatal. I am so sincerely grateful to you for putting out the fire without considering your personal safety. You bravely took the social responsibility and are truly the outstanding youngsters of our times."

Zhang Xinmin and Yin Xing's act of courage for a just cause reflects Tianlun employees' strong sense of responsibility and social commitment, and also highlights Tianlun's corporate spirit of fearless striving and contribution.
