On May 26, the 2022 Henan Social Responsible Enterprises and Outstanding Socially Responsible Contribution Entrepreneurs Award Ceremony, with the theme of "Practicing Social Responsibility and Setting an Example for Enterprises," was held in Zhengzhou, at which Tian Lun Gas Group won the "Annual Enterprise Award of 2022 Henan Socially Responsible Enterprises". Tian Lun Gas Group's General Manager, Liu Min, was invited to attend the activity and receive the award on stage.
This ceremony was co-hosted by Henan Daily Newspaper Group Co., Ltd., State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Henan Provincial People's Government, Henan Provincial Local Financial Supervision and Administration, Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and Henan Charity General Federation. This is in its second consecutive year. It aims to showcase the contemporary confident and self-reliant spirit of Henan enterprises and entrepreneurs and create a favorable social atmosphere for entrepreneurs to engage in business ventures.
This selection activity features more awards and higher honors. After information review, online voting, and expert evaluation, the final awards are selected, including the Award of Socially Responsible Enterprises, the Award of Outstanding Socially Responsible Contribution Entrepreneurs, and the Excellent Case of Socially Responsible Enterprises.

Since its establishment in 2002, Tian Lun Gas has always adhered to the core value of "To Develop and Enjoy Tian Lun Together" and shouldered the mission of "Improving the Living Environment and Developing Clean Energy". It has been determinedly dedicated to the business areas of urban gas, gas penetration in rural areas, green energy, and healthy life, earning recognition from all sectors of society.
Currently, it has deployed gas programs in 69 cities across 16 provinces and regions including Henan, Hebei, Jilin, Shandong, Shaanxi, Gansu, Hunan, Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Sichuan, Yunnan, and Qinghai, providing gas services to over 5 million households, with a population of approximately 15 million covered. Under the guidance of rural revitalization and "dual carbon" national strategies, Tian Lun Gas has always adhered to resonating with the era and national strategies. From "gas penetration in rural areas" to "gas-electricity coordination", it further expands and innovates in low-carbon energy businesses and develops distributed photovoltaic and biomass energy and other green energy sources, aiming to become China's first-class green and low-carbon energy supplier and service provider.
Gas penetration in rural areas: To realize natural gas access to promote rural revitalization and let people feel warm. In 2018, Tian Lun Gas, cooperating with Zhongyuan Yuzi, jointly invested in the establishment of Henan Yu-Tian New Energy Co., Ltd., vigorously promoting the "gas penetration in rural areas" program. This effort enabled "gas" to replace traditional firewood and coal and become a cleaner, higher quality, more convenient, and more affordable energy source for people's daily cooking, heating, bathing, and other activities. This effort also satisfies the heavy energy needs of agricultural product processing, animal husbandry, manufacturing, and other enterprises, becoming an important path to promote rural industrial revitalization and build a new type of urban-rural relationship. This is conducive to optimizing the rural energy revolution, gathering support for rural development, and achieving rural industrial prosperity.
As of the end of December 2022, it has signed contracts with 3 million households in Henan Province, with over 2 million households' installations completed, stimulating the employment of 20,000 individuals. Especially in the context of the impact of COVID-19 in recent years, it has effectively promoted the resumption of work and production in Henan Province.
Green photovoltaic power: Gas-electricity coordination benefits tens of thousands of households. Joining hands with SPIC to consolidate strategic synergy and relying on the industry advantages of broad market space, extensive customer resources, and localized operation and maintenance teams, Tian Lun Gas has established over 200 own service outlets, providing a complete set of operation and maintenance services for the rooftop photovoltaic power stations of the common people. "Gas-electricity coordination" means the coordination of natural gas and PV power generation. Under this mode, by leasing idle roofs of township residents to build rooftop distributed PV power generation systems, the roof lease fee and market cost can be converted into gas fee, smart appliances, modification and maintenance, and other products and services, thus reducing the cost of electricity and gas for farmers. This creates a "you provide the rooftop, I invest the money, harness the power of the sun to make money" model that benefits agriculture.
In September 2022, the "gas-electricity coordination" model was selected as one of Henan's top ten strategic implementation cases. This model allows farmers to enjoy a stable rental income while fully enjoying the convenient life brought by green energy. In the future, Tian Lun Gas will contribute to achieving the goal of developing 10 GW green energy in the 14th Five-Year Plan for a Modern Energy System of Henan Province.
Biomass energy: Aid income increase through energy revolution. In 2021, Tian Lun Gas implemented and constructed the Natural Gas Production Program by Comprehensive Utilization of Agricultural Wastes in Shangshui County, Zhoukou City, Henan Province through Henan Yu-Tian New Energy Co., Ltd. Using dry yellow corn straw as raw material, this program overcomes the technical difficulties of low gas production rate and unstable gas volume in the industrial fermentation process of yellow straw and features mature and stable technology and high equipment automation. This program has been appraised by renowned domestic and foreign experts from the Biogas Institute of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the China Industrial Energy Conservation and Cleaner Production Association, and Clean Energy Department of Asian Development Bank as being at an internationally advanced level.
In the second half of the year, the plant's production process will be completely connected, commissioned, accepted, and put into operation. It is estimated to supply gas to 150,000 households in the surrounding towns and villages, and local distribution can also be adopted by direct industrial supply to realize the linkage between gas production and sales. Relying on optimized and modified stem-ear harvesters, this program has successfully created an innovative harvesting and storage mode that integrates the government, enterprises, cooperatives, and operators, ensuring an economical and stable straw recycling price. In the future, this program is expected to develop into a benchmark program for the local rural energy revolution.
·Being Committed to Charity · Devoting to Public Welfare Charities and Undertaking Responsibilities
As the leader of Henan private enterprises in fulfilling social responsibilities, Tian Lun Group has continuously given back to society in areas such as energy, low-carbon, agricultural development support, and education, with cumulative donations exceeding RMB 160 million. In the battle against COVID-19, Tian Lun Group has contributed RMB 10 million for the procurement of medical supplies globally, showing its patriotism. To support the healthy growth of children in rural areas and to light up their dreams and hopes, Tian Lun Group has invested more than RMB 60 million in charitable funds for charity programs such as serious illness assistance for children in Lushi County, university dreams realization for poor students, the Hope Project education aid, and the "Loud Reading Sound ? Millions of Youth Grow Up in Sunshine" education program. Facing the "extraordinary Zhengzhou flood of July 20", Tian Lun donated RMB 3 million to the Henan Youth Development Foundation and RMB 5 million to the Henan Charity General Federation for flood prevention, disaster relief, and post-disaster reconstruction.
